Adam Rael is a creative and commercial producer working across film, television, animation, documentary, and advertising. Through Cassette Vision and Conker Cuts, he has produced original IP and branded content from early development through delivery, combining creative vision with practical production leadership. With experience managing teams, budgets, partnerships, and complex productions, Adam specialises in building ambitious projects while creating supportive environments for collaborators to do their best work.

As a kid, I used to insist my friends play imaginary games the way I thought would be the most fun. Looking back, I guess I never really stopped doing that.
Today, I'm a writer, director and producer based in Dublin, and co-founder and Creative Director of Cassette Vision. I develop and produce original work across film, television, animation and documentary, while also directing commercial projects through our sister company, Conker Cuts.
As both a producer and the head of a production company, I love helping filmmakers, artists and collaborators take ambitious ideas from early development through to the screen. Whether I'm directing, writing or producing, I'm always chasing stories and projects that are imaginative, emotionally impactful and made alongside great people.
