Daniel Bolaños Meade - Cinematographer

I was born in Mexico City where I studied for a BA in Film and Television with two majors in Cinematography and Film Production. During the last 10 years, I worked as part of the camera department for feature films, documentaries, commercials, and TV.

In Mexico, I worked as a stop motion animation producer as a part of Cinema Fantasma for five years, during which I made “Revoltoso” - a half an hour stop motion film. Revoltoso claimed awards in more than 15 international festivals and the Japanese Ministry of Culture while catching the eye of renowned industry players like Guillermo Del Toro and Cartoon Network.

I finished a Master's degree in Cinematography at a Joint Master's Course between universities in Ireland, Hungary, and Estonia. I am now based in Ireland where I work as a cinematographer.

I often work with Cassette Vision, but I am a freelance cinematographer. Feel welcome to reach out to me at dbmeade.15@gmail.com
